A painter and musician, Amara Diallo composes her canvases like scores. Dots, spirals and drips structure a vibrating space directly inspired by sabar rhythms.
Her work has been shown in Dakar, Abidjan and Lisbon. She also teaches painting to young artists in the Medina.
